    There's a bit more to it then just the name, I recently added business directory to my title like this:

    Biz-Dir Business Directory

    Shortly after they did the same.

    He's also ripped off a bit of my text out of my description tag - 'A search engine friendly business directory' I know it is a pretty generic phrase but word for word like that takes the mick a bit, he could have said a human reviewed SEO friendly business directory or something.

    I also have a semi-clone at AskWebdirectory.com with almost identical category structure; well I don’t care about it as long as he doesn’t copy the design.
    When you start to get popular it comes with the territory.
