    We have Optigold 3.36 and Filemaker Pro Unlimited The web built in interface is working.

    We recently purchased
    Item Title: OptiSkin ISP Management Interface (PHP)
    Buyer: Robert Johnson

    Followed instructions from the website.
    When trying to login to login.asp I receive the error below...


    Error Type:
    msxml4.dll (0x80072EFD)
    A connection with the server could not be established /login.asp, line 22


    Browser Type:
    Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.0)

    Page:
    POST 28 bytes to /login.asp

    Hi,

    Please send any support requests for OptiSkin to me directly at .

    That error indicates that OptiSkin can't connect to the Web Companion TCP port (which should be defined in your strings.asp file).
