Options for new wordpress post on home page?

    Can someone please tell me how to keep new wordpress post from appearing on the home page? I just need them under the category view and not on the home page.

    The company I work for, we are using wordpress for the company website. I have 4 small articles I need to post, but there is no need in them appearing on the home page.

    just create a page of what your homepage would be and go to setting->reading->a static page and select the page that you have create for your homepage before.

    Use the "Sideblog plugin". Believe me, that's what you need.
