Optimum level of Google's maximum crawl rate

    I need to know how do i adjust my blog Google bot crawl rate. In the Google webmaster tool, under the "Limit Google's maximum crawl rate" has two options "Low " and "High". So faster and quick index which option should i select? This's the very first time i'm going to adjust my crawl rate? I only need adjust my new blog crawl rate, because of it has some lower indexing issue.

    I usually select the High one, because i want it to index my website fast.
    I know that it works because after i increased to 2 secs and 0.5 got indexed my website in 1 day.
