    Hello Can anyone suggest

The most optimum keyword density on a web page in terms of % age.

e.g How many times a Phrased key word say ("Search Engine") may repeat itself in a 1000 word post.

I always work on a basis of 5% per article so you would be looking at roughly 50 times, but you have to be careful - vary the keyword alittle, so instead of "search engine" try "search engines" or maybe "search engine optimisation"

Don't play with keyword denisty to much, Google may see it as keyword stuffing, just make sure you have your term or terms in your h1, h2, h3 and bold tags this will help alittle and get some links pointing to the page with your term in.

Also make sure to name the file in a relevant way, for example: http://www.yoursite.com/foldername/search-engine.html

It should be around 5%, but don't overcrowded your content with your keywords. It should be excellently readable.
