Optimizing the ad content on forums?

    My forum is about exotic pets (see signature for link) but most (well not most, but too many, 40-60% or something) of my adsense ads are website/forum/hosting/sql management based. Is there any way I can change this? People interested in reptiles aren't going to click an advert about sql forum management are they?

    The forum is phpbb if that helps (although I can't really see it doing so)

    try adding keywords n description?

    <meta name="keywords" content="exotic, pets, snake, blah, blah" />
    <meta name="description" content="A site all about Exotic pets." />

    remember after u make a change it takes some time for adsense to update.

    Ah, now to find the file with the meta tags, that should be fun :D

    Cheers for the suggestion, do you have any others?

    Well, I've found a mod which makes the meta title whatever the thread title is, now I've just got to work on changing the description (not dynamically, just a standard one) if anybody can shed some light on it?

    Yeah it was a free template, but I was lucky as it was EXACTLY what I was looking for hehe, I was thinking of getting onw custom made but I think I got lucky hehehe.

    I do want to clean up the meta but I'm not sure what file it will be in :(
