Optimizing PHProxy

Didn't know where to post this, so sorry if it's the wrong forum.

I have 2 proxies running on a VPS, and have 300gb of bandwidth each month. My proxies are very new, but are still receiving a combined total of 500 uniques a day (approx) and that will definitely increase over the next couple of days (got some good advertising planned). The problem is the sites already consume 2gb of bandwidth each day, and with the advertisement I reckon it'll easily increase to 10gb a day, meaning I'll definitely go over my bandwidth limit in February.

What is a good way to consume less bandwidth with my proxies? Any tips/ideas will help. :)

You can try contacting a php programmer to modify the script or see what he can do.

If you are worried about bandwidth, you should use CGI proxy - low bandwidth, but high server resource consumption, or else, you can hire a programmer to make you a custom proxy script. :)

Well actually I'm worried about both, lol.
I've entered a figure into the "max_file_limit" variable, so that may not allow for return visitors, but that doesn't really matter to me anyways.
