I have an account with a weight of 2800. I am in a very competitive field. Should I use all this weight on one link? Set that one link to 15. Or should I split the weight up into two links, so those ads are fluctuating? Then should I set both of those ads to 7?

I have similiar weight and use all of it for one link. You probably want to check to see how competitive the keyword is before you decide how much weight to give it. Run a report on your potential kw's with Seomoz.org, Keyword Difficulty Tool (http://www.socengine.com/seo/tools/keyword-difficulty-tool.php).

My keyword is around 43% (which is "moderatly" hard). I have 2800 weight on it and rank #3 in MSN, #41 in Yahoo, #64 in Google, and the ranks all keep moving up :D

It'd be safe to say in the industry you are in throw all your weight at one ad.
