    Hi,
I read in some post that having a different languages site with different domain site would be good for seo, but I am not sure at all

    mydomain.com(english)
    mydomain.net(spanish)
    mydomain.org(french)
    mydomain.info(portuguese)

Any experience with this method it is good for SEO?.

If you have same content and only language is differ, then you can go for sub domain or sub folders. Google considers sub domain or sub folders and the main domain separately.

I think you should of done it all on one domain really, sub folders is what I like to do.
    mydomain.com for english
    mydomain.com/fr for french
    mydomain.com/sp for spanish

You just now need to do a little more work on SEO
