Optimizing Amazon's Elastic Beanstalk server?

I'm currently using Amazon's Elastic Beanstalk server to host a click tracking script and a streaming sales video page which is about 20 minutes in length.

There might be as many as 5,000 to 10,000 people that visit my site in a span of a few hours. Peak is 3-4k users all viewing the same video at once.

Can someone please provide suggestions for setting things up?

There are many types of “instances” I can choose from:

What "instance" do you recommend based on my criteria above?

Also for "auto scaling" how many instances should I choose?
Default is set to 4 out of 10000.

Scaling cool down set to default at: 360

Any other changes your recommend on this page please let me know.
