optimizing a webpage for PDA?

    I am currently developing a php application that is going to use on PDA. The PDA is going to use opera mobile browser.

    However, CSS is not working well, so do table.

    If anyone has experiment creating webpage for PDA or knows some good tutorial, please help. Thanks in advance
