About the site:

Optimize PC was purchased, initially, to promote registry cleaner affiliate programs. Given the market, however, I decided to add value (lots of how-to guides, niche topics) + traffic before heavily integrating my main objective, and over time the site's priority has dropped for me. As it stands, it is largely a how-to or help source for the DIY computer repair / optimization / upgrade oriented individual. The site contains several step-by-step how to guides on how to go about various PC-related tasks. The site's existing content focuses almost exclusively on Windows XP and predominantly deals with software-related issues.

About the traffic it brings in:

Due to this website's focus, this website tends to attract a specific type of user -- namely, one that is looking for a solution to a very specific problem. While the site does attract visitors through generic search queries (based on the domain name, literally and laterally), most visitors are looking for help with something very specific (clean firefox cache, view outlook 2007 email headers, clear goored infection, etc).

About monetization:

Given my original plan, attempts at monetization are minimal -- a few affiliate links for CJ.com, maybe Amazon.com, and I think that there's an Adsense block in the unvisited and unfinished 'computer repair shop' section -- but the site doesn't make money, or enough for me to have noticed. The affiliate links can be modified through the .htaccess file, and the Adsense code, if it's there, can be managed through a plugin.

Why I'm selling:

I've only added one tutorial and about 3 blog posts to this site in the last year and this site just isn't a priority for me, and probably wouldn't be anytime soon. I just want to get some money out of it, and figure now is better than 2 years down the road when traffic will inevitably dwindle down due to the lack of attention.

• 30 days after-the-fact email support for questions regarding the site's setup (due to the customized php files). Note: this does not mean that you can email me for 30 days consecutively, however.
• 30 days free hosting -- you can leave the site pointed to my nameservers and I'll just delete the account 30 days after transfer.

If buyer chooses to utilize the 30-day free hosting option, they are not allowed to install additional scripts or files, or upload any non-text data added outside of the Wordpress 'add a post' or 'add a page' Administration interface -- the free hosting option is simply available to keep the website online to avoid potential traffic or rankings loss -- not as a substitute for a proper paid hosting account.
