    I finaly decided to sale http://www.optimizehosting.com

    Website is a pr4 with pr3-4 pages, sites has lots of backlinks in google and yahoo, msn

    I created an image compression script that webhosting companies can added on there server, and let people login to compress images in realtime.

    The project got delayed and cost me a lot of money. i was using phpaudit to sale the software, I made a couple sales early last year when i first start promoting.

    Traffic wise, the sites rules on image compression and related keywords. Put in anything in google related ot image compression, and optimizehosting is there.

    Site gets about 30-70 uniques per day only from google searches and other links.

    my phpaudit expired, which i was using to offer trial periods.

    also please remember, althought traffic is 40-70 uniques per day, it is very targetted.
