Hi, Im really trying to figure out the best keyword phrase tactics to get organic traffic. Correct me if Im wrong, but don't you just find a keyword phrase with between 2500 - 5000 exact searches and then find a long-tail keyword phrase with that keyword phrase in it with 2000 or less optimized searches in Google? Or does the actual keyword phrase need that amount of searches and that amount of optimized searches("....")? Please advise. Thanks
Yes, optimizing long-tailed keywords will definitely bring organic traffic. Keywords with medium searches can be optimized for higher rank in search result.
But you have to understand the competition for each of those words and if you can beat them. And if the keywords are info only or buying keywords. Then your site has to convert once people land on it, there is a lot more than just going for a keyword!
Doesn't matter what you're focusing on... Whether the competition is high or low... In always depends on the strategy plan of yours to rank high for your desired long-tail keywords.. The more effort you put into it, the more fruitful the results will be!!
