    And how easy is it to customize the header or the navigation? does it use php includes or is every page a static html page that would need to be changed by hand?

    Can you give me a price estimate on what I would need done to the site then? Basically, each section has a menu of articles on the left. But individual articles do not have that menu. How much would it cost to get that menu on every page by making the menu a php include. And the header and footer php includes as well? (Obviously we would use htaccess to have the server check for php)
