    If you have an old blog or website. it is time to optimize it again,
    google love old website/blogs that are being updated constantly.
    Update keywords, Add a little updated content, and ping submit your
    newly updated website/blog to be crawled by SE.
    so today is the best time to do it. not tomorrow but today.

    Yes Search Engines loves blog which updates regularly with quality content and bots love to visits pages again and again! Pinging is best way to notify SE about updates but some people abuse the system and do pinging again and again which not work for them!
