Optimize to get More Clicks and More Good Paying Keywords

Guys i have this site http://www.gwebtools.com/ns-spy i need help to optimize it to get more clicks, but specially to get more good paying keywords.

Any suggestions, what will you consider a good click value for this type of site?

I went to your site and even tried it out. The only adsense ad I saw was the pic banner on top of the page. You may need to add some non-image ads.

add text ads, this works well than image ads.

Try adsesene link on the left-hand site and try to embed it with your background color.

 

man image ads scream to visitors (Don't click me) specially with u content ,u should try a leaderboard text unit instead of that one and put some skyscrapers on the right
