    SEO on page - content is on your page/ site.
    SEO off page - backlinks from other websites toward to your page/ site.

    Both factors counted by Google for search engine ranking position at Google.

    The SEO is consist of OnPage and Offpage optimization , The onpage is consist of on site changing such ,
    Title meta tag, heading ,internal navigation ,structure etc while the offpage is consist of the off side promotion of link building etc
