Hi I am new on the net, and SEO, I would like to know how good is optimizing the site for one keyword and how do I optimized for one keyword.

is there any site that or mini-fast course on the net that helps to do that?

I want to learn about the codes that I should use. to optimize

Include the keyword in your page a few times (not too many) and add it to the page title and headings.

 

and in the keyword meta tags should I use one Keyword?

 

Use a few related keywords for the keywords meta tag. Check some other sites (like this one) for inspiration.

 

the meta description is much more important then the keyword. But the really important bit is to have it (as stated before) in the title and within one <h1> tag but also to have it in the URL, page name and the directory name in which the page lies (http://keyword.com/keyword/keyword.html).

 

I'd suggest you check out Brad Callen's 'SEO Elite' website. I believe he offers a free mini-course in SEO via email, and this would probably provide you with a lot of beneficial information - it helped me a great deal when I was first starting out.
