    yahoo likes a keyword density of like 6-8%(somewhere in that range) and google will most likely consider that spam so you have to find a medium...there is other things they consider as well just not sure what they are....the results that come up on yahoo page 1 are usually really good results but everything after page 1 is garbage from what ive seen...

    What do you mean "authenticate". What is it the process?
    Should I do it if I have many pages indexed by Yahoo?

    Of course it does, Yahoo is more towards on page optimization while the google is more to off page optimization

    Yes it does know about PR ~ but they call it inlinks in site explorer.

    Yahoo! definately keeps track of link popularity and quanity of links.

    In "yahoo" they have Different process of indexing you must have to authenticate your pages to index your pages throughly... Just like in Google sitemap they have verification code to include on you Site First, before their accepting your pages.:)
