first of all search the top keyword for your site you can search easily on google adwords keywords tools, after selection of your best high searching keyword create a html link code and use your top quality keyword in your html code and then do try to exchange your link with others, use social networks and use there your keyword code also, submit your link into directories as much as you can, use high pr blogs and post comments there with your keyword and site link, use forums, buy some high PR home page text links this will help your site to get rank your keyword and PR also, post classifieds ads, and also advertise with other good sites and use your keyword in your banner
