Optimal Working time and Sleeping time?

I was reading the another thread about the usual time that people on here go to sleep. I was wondering what people think are the most productive times to go to sleep and wake up to maximize the day. I've got some exams coming up , so I'd like to try to find a adaptable routine.

It's different for everyone - I get up at 4am, go to the gym come home and keep going until 11 at night. My husband, can't get out of bed before 9am or 10am and stays up until 3 or 4 in the morning.

I usually need a good 7-8 hours night sleep in order to feel good during the day . I go to bed about midnight .

I love to do my job at night too. I have better concentration, no noisy, and most of all, my internet connection is rolling well at night.

See I want so badly to be able to wake up before the sun rises and get started on the day early, but I am much more productive late at night, so it throws my morning off. I am rarely able to wake up before 10 am

Night sleep is the best for your health. So if you can work at day and sleep at night, it would be perfect.

Having a certain number of hours sleep for you, no matter at what time should work perfectly :p!

I found it easier to work at night, when everyone is asleep and quite and harder in the day, with things like computers on and people in the house making all the noise!
