Optimal CMS for this site

I have a site that currently has a bunch of exisiting content in normal html files. I would like to transfer these into some sort of CMS. The catch is that I would like visitors to be able to add/modify pages to the site. What's the best CMS for this type of project? If you could point me to any tutorials, that would also be very helpful.

    :D Thanks and Merry Christmas!

If you're looking for a real CMS, look into either Joomla or Drupal. Both are free and there are lots of tutorials available online for both.
Joomla seems to have a larger community base from what I can tell and has more plugins available etc. but personally I still prefer Drupal.
    Either way, look into both.
