Optilink checks 1000 backlinks...can I get more..?

I currently run optilinks on a site to not only determine the number of Backlins, but to determine the URL and PR of the site linking and the anchor text that is used - in an effort to determine if there are any links that can be leveraged through better anchor text....

anyways long story short - Is there a tool that will return these values for more then 1000 backlinks..?

If there is and its obvious to everyone but me...well...yes I DO live under a rock, thank you for asking

I doubt it because search engines (Google, Yahoo, etc.) only let you see the first 1,000 for any search query (you can't go past 1,000).

    http://www.optilinksoftware.com/

Its free for like 90 days or something like that - then its $150 - well worth it if your run reports for multiple clients, but I'm noticing a bunch of new players in theis SEO software field - not sure who has the best offerings at this point.

better..? Like what man - we're all ears. Serious - who wants to be using the second rate tools..? not me bro.

Its just that I see so many new products, and I'm a creature of habit, and hate to get into something new just to find out its not going to work the way I want it to. Thats why I rarely try any new tools (or restuarants for that matter) without some sort of recommendation or 'testimonial' of the features or service.

I have to say - the Optilink software looks old school to me, but I don't know much about it except I can run several of my reports directly from a single query (which runs while I post on DP :D)

There's a free tool that can partially help you accomplish this:

    http://www.linkhounds.com/link-harvester/

It does this by allowing you to run a search that filters out certain sitest that appear as backlinks. Helpful if the site you're analyzing has a lot of sitewide links.

Of course, this tool is still limited by the info provided by the search engine.
