    What browser are you using, and what does it do when you click submit? does it refresh? does it sit there? Also if you're not getting this message below then you might want to check your browser and see if it's up to date and possibly clear your cache.
    This is the first report of this happening and there have been over 200+ submissions in the past 18 hours.

    IE6, it refreshes, gives a few rules about submissions, nothing else. Doesn't show a "thank you, your link has been submitted for reivew" or anything. It's kind of hard to tell if it has worked or not.

    Give it a try on FireFox, I am not sure why it is doing that, but I will report it to the devs :)
