OPTIGOLD Web Machine does not work right

    I'm running optigold on osx and have filemaker pro clients on the lan that connect to it fine.

    I have a web machine that is running
    Mac OSX 10.3.7
    Filemaker OSX 5.5v2 unlimited.

    I have a fresh install of the os and filemaker..
    I have the files installed for the optigold web ..

    Now here are the problems.

    Filemaker unlimited locks up after about a day or so.
    when it is not locked up.. I can login although I cannot view all the options that are optigold I can see the users information but cannot see any tech notes or post any tech notes.

    Any help with this?

    Where is your FileMaker Server in relation to Unlimited? Same subnet, different machine, or?

    The 2 servers are on the same subnet in the same switch.

    When you say you can log in, you can log into the web interface, Optigold via a client app, or?

    I can login to the web interface
    I put in my user and pass and I can see some data on customers.
    but not all..
    I can search for customers and see most of the information but cannot add a tech note.

    somtimes I get this error window..
    "The Temporary file "MainMenu.fp5" could not be created on the system disk. Use a different name, make more room on the disk, or unlock it.

    if I could get all the tech note section to work then keep filemaker to be stable.. it would be really nice.

    Sounds like your hardrive is full, or the Filemaker/Optigold process doesn't have permissions to write to the system disk.

    You probably are going to want to run a disk verification/repair app on the hard drive. Maybe there are some bad sectors being written to or something.
