Optigold Send Past Due Notices

    Trying to generate past dues by clicking on the Send Past Due Notices. I have set requirements in the Maintenance, Past Due Account area, but it does not seem to use that when I click on Send Past Due Notices. Any experience in this area from anyone?

    Can you be more specific? Are you sure you have accounts past due that are due for a notice?
