optigold records missing

    Shawn,
    We are running the latest version of optigold (3.3.8) and have recently had our key replaced. The new key has added a ", Inc." to our company name. Would this change in any way make it so new records show under another company?

    The reason I'm asking is our found set (doing a show all records) only shows accounts restored or created after the new key was installed. The old records are in the database and can be searched, but they don't appear properly. Additionally, this seems to cause problems with our automated tasks server because it's creating blank records in the database (not sure why). It's even placed these on hold and restored them.

    You input would be appreciated.

    It shouldn't make a difference... it sounds like there might be some weirdness going on with your MainMenu.fp5 file. Have you run a "Recover Damaged File" on the MainMenu.fp5 file?
