Optigold issues

    PROBLEM 1
    We have users on block usage system. When they purchase additional hours, the expiry date jumps forward by 24 months (as we have 24 mths set in the plan). What we want it to do, is set the expiry date to 24 months from "today's" date, not the expiry date currently in the system (ie: the one from the previous plan).

    PROBLEM 2
    We have set the usage to be billed on seperate invoices in the maintainence section, but invoices are not being created when we click "create invoices". Why?

    1. There isn't a way to do it in the current version, but I added a Block Usage Invoice Closure Resets Expiration Date setting under the usage preferences for 3.3.9.

    2. The Generate Invoices button will only create billing cycle invoices. The usage will only be generated there if you have it set to NOT create separate usage invoices.
