Opt-in Page Review needed!

    I installed PHPList on my site and want to create an
    opt-in list. I put the form on my home page.

    Any advice as to how I can improve number of opt-ins
    would be very nice!

    You can improve your signups by making it a whole lot more obvious. I had to
    scroll up and down the page a few times before I spotted your signup box.
    Either put it at the top of the page in the header, or make it part of the main
    content. Or.. you could go for one of those nasty JavaScript flyover things.
