Opt-in or Landing Page?

    Hey guys,

I just got a membership to GetResponse, as I am planning on doing some e-mail marketing. While I've made $100-$200 every two weeks with Clickbank, I feel that for all of the effort I've put in (article marketing, social marketing, countless directory submissions, etc.), landing pages just haven't done the trick. Maybe I'm just in the wrong niche, but I do have quite a few articles ranked in the top 10 in Google. Don't get me wrong though, as I do make sales, but just not enough to keep me going at it like I have been.

So, with that being said, what do you think about opt-in or "squeeze pages?" I planned on giving away something to get their e-mail, then just choose a product or two to market via e-mail. I always hear that it's "all about the list", so I figure I'd give it a shot.

Anyway, do you think it's more effective than just the landing page approach? I've also tried combining the two, but it hasn't seemed to work.

Yeah it is all about the list, there is one important thing that a list does and you can't get otherwise.

The list enables you to establish a relationship with your clients, which you can use over time to sell high end products.

Once they have trust in you and look up to you as their mentor, you will be able to sell expensive and valuable products easily with almost no effort.

You have to establish a connection with them, offering a lot of free and useful information that actually helps them and they feel like they got something valuable from you, they will start to respect you.

And only than you go in and make your move.

    Best of luck

it's about finding how you market and what works for you. That being said a list works well because you get recurring customers rather then always having to get new traffic.

squeeze page is important if you on long term income..get five same niche product..

Start with the lower price item and build a relationship with your list..once you gain their trust you try selling the higher price product..

For start why don't you find 5 same niche blog and ask for their review of your simple report(You don't need a product just a simple report will do the job) on their blog

i'm sure your list will skyrocket..good luck
