She campaigned with him here in SC last week...the local news said close to 23,000 showed up. The majority of people left once Obama took the stage. Furthermore, (not trying to make a racist comment) the majority of the people that were there were african american women. Many of the ones that were interviewed said the only reason they came was to see Oprah, who was an inspiration to african american women everywhere.
Man ... if Obama has "no chance" then why is anyone else even bothering? Are you saying that everyone should just concede the race to Hillary? All polls show that Obama has the second best shot at the presidency right now and he appears to be closing in on Hillary in national polls and running ahead or equal in the early states. If Obama has "no chance" then I'd like to see your list of candidates who DO have a chance?
If he's lucky, he'll be Clinton's running mate. Not that it matters since almost all of the candidates the media put up as credible candidates are interchangable.
They are also both in Illinois and apparently have known each other for some time. So to say it's just because they are both black is... I don't think it's a fair thing to say. That's as nicely as I can put it
Again, wherever you are, Aceday, don't tell this to Obama staffers, because they apparently feel they just kicked some serious ass. Deluded fools!
Looks like he has an excellent chance of winning the democrat nomination. I wonder if he will make Oprah vice president?
Obama rules on Facebook, the world's largest Social Networking site... With dismal performance by Dr. Ron Paul in Iowa, I'm really disappointed. I was hoping he'd get atleast 20% republican vote. Very unfortunate, really. It seems Obama is more popular in America. Ron Paul should be on TV, big time. He should be endorsed by celebrities, only then people will hear his views... Here is Ron Paul voting, considering only Republicans.
