OMG! I've always wondered who would actually buy from spam emails or fall for phishing scams... but never in a thousand years would I have imagined that a president would fall for one.. very nice to see France is in good and secure hands! LOL
Most people are still "naive" when it comes to the internet especially people that did not grow up with it (age > 40) they think all sites are innocent and if a site appears to be familiar they will trust it !!!

When a president goes to visit foreign countries , he carries some instrument using which he can instruct to nuke , now that instrument will have some access control mechanism and hence can be hacked .
I doubt if any Prez/PM would nuke/declare war when he's not in the country. Probably he would be detained by the foreign country if he nukes.

Yes he is a president but being a president doesn't mean you know everything. He became a president because of politics not by internet so don't judge some people according to their status. Yes you can say maybe you can be a president to because you are intelligent than him but can you handle the problems and issues about politics?
