Selling Opportunity: PR5 Aged Domain.Low Reserve (the starting price), Fast Sale

What the site is

This is an aged domain (first registered in January, 2007), that I backordered a few months ago (see attachment backorder.jpg), and after transferring it to my Namecheap account is registered until January 2014.

It has a PR of 5, which makes it a great opportunity for those looking for established, high PR sites in their portfolios.

I don't want to hide anything in this listing: There's no history for it beyond the pages I myself created for it, and apparently no links being reported by Google at this point, but I have checked the PageRank with every PR validator I know of (see screenshots PRCheck1 to 4), and they all report the PR is valid. I've kept it for a few months and even transferred it to my registrar, and the PR is solid and hasn't changed.

Why am I selling it?

Simply because that was the main purpose when I backordered it: creating the site, adding some original content to it, and flipping it for a larger sum that I had paid for it.

What else does it include?

I have installed and configured Wordpress, adding many SEO, Security and Optimization plugins to it. I have also added 5 unique articles I had written for me.

Is it generating revenue or traffic?

No, it's not, as making money out of the site itself was not my intention when I purchased it. I just added the content, but haven't added any monetization methods to it.

It can, however, be monetized via Adsense (there are several related keywords paying over 2$ per click), selling affiliate products related to baby education, or even selling your own products. Beyond the topic of the site itself, though, I'm sure you can think of many ways to monetize and benefit from a PR5, aged domain

A 5 years old, PR5 domain, which is the most valuable item in itself. Beyond that, I'll be transferring you a whole SEO optimized unique site, either as a WP-Twin "image" or a ZIP file containing all the files and the database script.
