    its like you have several blocks of content.

    First the header, your site is fluid but the header isn't
    it looks empty from the sides when I view it with 1024x768, decide either 800x600 all or fluid all
    there is a missing picture on the first page (http://www.moture.net/images/topics/) URL is not complete
    The texts on the top of the blocks are a bit small, try making them bold
    I think all the texts are a bit small. make them like +1 or +2 px
    If you use a CMS, work hard to make it a nice looking site

    hope you've got enough thoughts for now, decide what you change and what you don't and then get back for new ideas from DP members

    You can use some CMS like mambo or Movable Type instead of PHP Nuke.
