Opinions on mod re-write structure

    Just wondered what you guys and gals think would be the best URL format for SEO:

    Option 1
    firstkeyword-1/secondKeyword-2/thirdKeyword-3/
    or
    Option 2
    firstkeyword/secondkeyword/thirdkeyword/1-2-3.html

    Where the 1,2 and3 are obviously database IDs. Any preferences or other options?

    honestly doubt it matters much anymore, but I still do this:

    firstkeyword/secondkeyword/thirdkeyword.htm

    OR .. if you need the ID's to be more easily obtained in the URL:

    ID-ID-ID/firstkeyword/secondkeyword/thirdkeyword.htm
