    Hey guys,

I was just wondering what people's opinions are on hiring commission-only sales people. I'm looking at a new business model that may rely on it initially. I was thinking something along the lines of commission-only for three months, and if you achieve a target number of sales consistently per month, you also get a base. This gives them not only a reward for hard work, but also something to work towards.

    Your thoughts?

    I completely agree with Charles83-

Comission based employees always seem to work harder then employees with an hourly rate.
