Well, I think the website review forum is better for this thread, but ok About the design: center the whole site, now it's dedicated to the left side. About the google map bullets: when you click on it: maybe make the restaurant names bold or something? Add a side picture to it? Further very nice site! Keep it up.
theres loads of fee ajax code available on the net which you can use to improve upon your site but for your first design very nice does seem a little bare though
