Opinions Needed: What is the best Expansion track for my website?

I just launched a unique dating website. It's a solo development effort, spawned from my frustration with the lack of innovation in the online dating industry. Everyone is in such a hurry to produce spinoffs based on demographic niches, even the simplest technological innovations are being overlooked.

Anyway, please check out my site and let me know what you would spend your time doing for the next 6 months if it were your site.

Specifically would you:
1. Focus solely on marketing
2. Add a mobile offering
3. Add a premium version

Create a Mobile App and create a mobile compatible site..
In 2010 mobile sales outsold PC sales trust me with the mobile.. we 700 sales mobile only.. a day..

Can you do all three at once?
No seriously, your site is visually well done, invest in all three if you can. Priority wise, of course marketing to generate/sustain revenue. Then I would invest in creating premium plans and lastly go mobile web! It all depends on where you currently stand in your product life cycle.
