Developing a few blogs - the first one is my "test" blog. See what works, what doesn't and just learn the business. Is it "ok" to rewrite a free e-book I received? It is on my niche topic and I would be changing it alot, however due to time contraints, it may be easier to rewrite one than do it from scratch. Is this common practice? Also, is it common practice to send an e-book to a rewriter and pay to have them re-write it? Is that ok? Just curious, I don't plan on doing any of this if it is not ethically acceptable, just trying to understand the boundaries...
