Opinions about moving a Pixel website, does this affect PR?

I have a pagerank 5 Pixel website that lists only Joomla Websites.
    The url is www.joomlaspots.com

As i described in an other thread i have 40 websites hosted there and 32 of them have an average PR 42.
The range is from PR 3 to PR 8, the rest 8 websites out of 40 dont have a PR at all.

    Well,
i need to do the following

    1) change the website content from Pixel(only images and alt tags)
to Joomla with SEO utilities installed(its gonna have some content except the links and the alt tags). This means that i ll have much more content that ll get updated weekly. In contrary the pixel website was updated only when i added some link, no content was written.

    and

    2) Change the ip of the website(i ll move it to another host account/or chane the ip but will not change the dns)

Do you think that i m gonna get affected from all these?

    Every opinion is welcome!

    Thanx a lot!

PS: of course i m gonna keep the domain ;)

Changing of IP and content will not affect your PR.. if I understand your question correctly :)

The only factor to affect PR is your inbound links.

    Yes u did :)
my inbound links will change as normal, some will get lost and others will be added.
To tell you the truth i m expecting to loose 5% of the inbound links i have now and get some new that will reach 20% from the ones i have now.

I just hope that the lost links wont be high in PR ;)

Than u very much for the reply!
