    This is my site http//www.sitestuff4free.us.to it is the beta for a proxy site I am about to go live with. Anyone think it is SEO ok? Any tips if it isnt would be appreciated?

    I would do the following:

    1) Update the meta description tage and title to use specific keywords you will be aiming for.
    2) Add a sitemap.xml file in the root (http://www.sitestuff4free.us.to/sitemap.xml)
    3) Add a robots.txt file in the root (http://www.sitestuff4free.us.to/robots.txt) ensuring to point to the sitemap.xml file within the robots.txt file.
    4) Create a HTML sitemap and link to that page from the homepage of the site.
    5) Creat a links page to exchange links with other relative sites and link to the page from the honepage.

    The above should be completed. After which you should submit the site to the SEs and directories. Then start building internal links from relative sites to yours. Approximately 40-50 links per month if you are able to. Do not go over board with the links as this could hurt you.
