Opinion: White or Grey Logo?

I think it would be better to "hire" a designer. But I prefer the white.

Does Photoshop have the ability to create or edit animated gifs or do I have to get illustrator?

 

None of the logos I like. It don't fit with your website.

yes it is possible and photoshop can easily automatize the process. Just click Window---> Animation
and simple options will show up.
Black logo better than first 2. It is always the way that something can be done better

Haha, you are right! No, I'm not talking about a very professional logo, for professional design put a zero behind the 15 or more. For $15 dollar just a simple one. It's a few minutes work for me. Maybe I'm not asking money for it, but the option to advertise on his website.

About the avatar, it's my xbox 360 avatar. So I create it with my Xbox. Normally I work with Cinema 4D.
