    This is much improved. By removing elements you made your most important one stronger. The "YOU" is emphasized which is the big idea. The only small tweak I would suggest is to make the purple rule line thinner. Maybe 2 or 3pt thickness. You could also try having "recruiting the best" in the same purple color.

    @addy80... This new version is leaps and bounds more professional and 1 cohesive idea than what he had previously. How do you figure it is poor? Revisions are needed to make a logo look polished and stand out because of it. I wouldn't question the need to revise until the end-product is what goldenpearl had envisioned.
