    Hello Goldenpear,

    Well to he honest I don't like it.
    But it's wonderful seeing people who are trying to improve their skills.
    So I would suggest you to do this:
    #1 Get rid of that hat
    #2 Change font of the text
    #3 Remove shadows
    #4 Make it so that even if it's one colored you can understand it. Btw this is imortant for logos because in many places they don't use many colors for logos just 1 color. So to understand your logo make it simple and clean.

    It fits the theme education :). Nice coloring you've got there. Only one problem is LQ. Not so professional looking when it looks Low Quality.

    Improved on the previous design, however you need to address the following...

    Colours are not quite right, doesn't look professional
    The light blue stroke around the dark blue doesn't look right, gives a blurry impression even though it is not
    Consider using a better font, this looks to me abit "cheap" or "childish", reminds me of the kind of font used by children on a school poster
    The globe image is pixelated, you need to use a higher res image

    The logo is not vector so will not work that brilliantly for a logo for print, but as a web logo it will work ok.

    Logo is quite nice but i want to recommend you two things which will make logo more nice in my opinion. (1) Remove text on a hat if you can. (2) Change gradient of "EDYOUCATE" text and make it more simple. :)

    I Like it more, the globe is still slightly pixelated, the "RECRUITING THE BEST" is slightly off-center and think you should spread the words out to fit the entire width. Also the text on the hat needs to go.

    Other than that your nearly there

    The font looks nice,but i would change text color to something more "serious", like a royal blue, or something like that.
