Hi, I've recently launched my new hosting site hostgainer.com. Can someone please let me know about the design and look and feel for this domain. What need to be changed? Hostgainer support@hostgainer.com Support Unlimited
The design is look good for me but too many green color, when i saw your hostgainer.com, it make me think about HostGator
I think you hit the spot good, looks very nice the graphics and use of colour and excellent. Keep up the good work and I wish you the best of luck with your company.
I think the theme design is fine (though it is a little "templaty-looking" as mentioned). However, I think the home page needs some serious thinking in terms of marketing and the design of that page. It's a bit confused as to market audience, namely are you focussed on end-users (merchants, businesses, etc. ) looking for hosting, or developers, etc. looking to resell your hosting. As you are probably reselling yourself (as opposed to having built your own network in your own rack space), you'd probably not be so much focussed on that. What's more, with hosting providers thicker than fleas on a rat, and LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) hosting dirt cheap everywhere . . . . how does YOUR hosting company stand out from the herd? You might also should consider adding a section to the home page or footer with icons of the various services you support -- for example MySQL, MS SQL Server 2005, CPanel (or whatever control panel), whatever web mail service, stats, etc., etc. Best of luck, though; you're going into a VERY TIGHT niche. So my advise to you is that you better have a very solid marketing concept, and you better really know your stuff, and most important of all, you better really focus on customer service so that you retain the hosting clients you get.
