Hello all! I'm a newbie here, so hopefully I'm not putting this in the wrong section or something, but here goes . . . I'm a die-hard wrestling fan, and am interested in starting a blog about the subject. Not just a WWE site, but also focusing on other feds and "old-school" stuff as well. I'd also like to monetize the site with affiliate programs and/or advertising (Adsense, etc.) However, I've read a couple of threads here essentially stating that wrestling is a crappy niche with no money to be made. I do believe that it's much easier to stay focused and energetic about a niche that you're passionate about, but I don't want to spend hours writing content, researching, etc., for my efforts to be futile. Any suggestions or advice on good affliate programs (besides the obvious WWE or entertainment-related stuff)? Or, is this just something that's not got much chance to be successful monetarily from the get-go?
