I need NoScript. It is useful as hell.

@getadviced, yes it has almost everything a normal internet surfer needs.

NoScript removes all the javascript, flash and all those stuffs. (i think)

Opera has a quick preference to set for sites, From TOOLS-->QUICK PREFERENCES--> (uncheck the unwanted). You can also set preferences for sites with "EDIT SITE PREFERENCES" option there...

    thanks tentwenty,
I really love opera. I had been recommending this great browser to all my friends who want to browse safely and fast.
I also use OPERA MINI on my mobile for browsing through my GPRS connection when i am on the move.

Im like so many others i don't like to change what im using as long as it works. So I was always pro IE when everyone else had Firefox. Then I went to microsoft.com to download the latest IE 8 beta, and it crashed all the time so I had no choice but to get Firefox. Firefox wasn't working good for me, It took time to load everytime i opend firefox from the menu. So i tried google chrome and i think it is the best by far. I've never tried opera or netscape.

Opera is the best and the fastest browser around and have been using it since 2000? It is way ahead of it's competitors.

Also worth noting: Flock web browser.

I actually discovered that by accident, but I'm really glad I did.

I would rate the browsers in this order:

    1. Chrome and Opera (tied, both awesome)
    2. IE
    3. FireFox

Flock is a good Social Browser, useful if you are active on social networks all day long.....

Opera on the other hand is cool.
My favourite feature of Opera is the Trash feature....

The only disadvantage in Opera is that ALT+S doesn't work at forums.

Sometimes there's no reason to explain on this. Maybe they are lacking in terms of marketing and promotion part. Opera is actually the pioneer to tabbed browsing.

For all opera lovers, found a few shortcuts (mouse)

    1) to save a picture( save as), Ctrl+left mouse click.
    2) central mouse button (scroll button)click will open link in new tab (work on all)
    3) central mouse button click on tab will close it and when clicked on free space on tab bar, will open a new tab

I would also like to add:

The Zoom function in Opera is much better than any other browser I've tried. (CTRL + Scroll)

When logging in to gmail, facebook, whatever with your autosaved password and e-mail, just hit CTRL + Enter and you'll login superfast.

Well I am using Opera for 3 years now and I think without Opera it's very difficult for me to browse the sites and it has everything which we wants. It has good security option and also you have key features including fraud protection and bittorrent.
