When I say virus free I mean I got the broswer hijacker on IE. Installed FF and it attached its self to that. Done opera and it was clear:)

Its not just BELIEF, its the truth.

Opera has an inbuilt feedreader, subscribe feeds from the browser.

Opera has modified itself a lot, and good news is, it has done this for becoming more user-friendly and now "internet-surfers friendly". I do not use it just because I use FF from the very beginning. If I ever found FF lacking in services somehow..I will prefer switching to opera. IE is a history for me.

Opera spent the beginning of its' life as software that people paid money for.
    It had to be good.

Opera is fairly resistant to virus attacks mainly because they use their own rendering engine, and because not enough people use Opera for virus writers to write up special exploits for.
There are occasionally really, really, bad exploits though.

Next time you want to run around telling everyone and their grandma to use Opera, just think about that for a moment. :)

Opera is a lovely browser but somehow lost my preferences compared to FF and Chrome. It's very easy to lose trust in this field and is so hard to gain it.

How can you say a closed-source software is better than a open-source one? Opera cannot have plugins, and don't tell me about "widgets". Annoying stuff on the screen, that are not plugins. Plugins are NoScript, WebDev Toolbar and many others.

What plguins do you need? other than flash.

Most plugin tools only tell you what a website can tell you.

Opera has almost everything a normal internet surfer needs. Opera does have a web development tool called DRAGONFLY (That too BUILTIN, no need for any extra downloads and ADDONS), its just as good as or even better than firebug. (but need to be online to use dragonfly).

    OPERA IS ALL IN ONE...

Links? go here to read more http://www.opera.com/dragonfly/
and to access it, From top menu, select TOOLS-->ADVANCED-->DEVELOPER TOOLS
