Nice site. Although, very blank. All there is is a left navigation. I would appraise your site at $15 - $25.
@WebsterContent: there's no content at the moment... it's simply parked (as are all of my domains by default). Hence, I guess, the reason why I was getting the domain itself appraised for the time being. As far as 'future' goes: forumrating and I are obviously thinking the same thing... resource site. So long as I'm using it for something close to that then the name would not really come under any legal issues because the trademark is being used as legally allowed: in reference to the Wordpress product. So long as I don't claim to own the trademark or the product I should be fine (for what it's worth, a quick look on TESS doesn't turn up any trademarks at all). Thanks for the values guys...
